I have known AJ and Carol for many years, and when it came time to convert our unfinished basement into a multi-room living space, there was no doubt who we would trust for the job. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bandril and Bandril Construction for over 5 years on several different projects in two different houses. Every project was completed with a high standard of quality, on budget and in a timely manner. They have renovated our bathroom, including replacing all plumbing fixtures and re-tiling the floor, and making an outdated, dysfunctional bathroom new, beautiful and very functional. They also repaired extensive water damage in our sunroom, which included replacing both interior and exterior woodwork. Another project completed was to rectify some very complex drainpipe issues. In addition to these projects, over the years they have completed many smaller projects, also with the same high standard of quality. Bandril Construction kept the worksite as clean and tidy as possible, and made every effort to keep the dust from spreading to other parts of the house. He and his assistants were very conscientious about safety and never left dangerous tools around. This was important to us because we have kids.
